Hershey Park Stadium concert series has Summer-long Fun; Kicks off May 18 w country singer Morgan Wallen

The Hershey Park Stadium summer concert series begins on May 18.

Starting Thursday, May 18 country singer Morgan Wallen on his One Thing at a Time world tour kicks off the concert series at the historic stadium.

Below is a full list of concerts happening at Hershey Park Stadium this summer:

Hershey Park stadium reminds concert-goers that the stadium prohibits bags inside the venue that exceed 5″x 8″x 1″ for the safety of guests. Hand clutches, wristlets, and small purses are permitted subject to search but may not exceed the size limit mentioned.

The venue is also cashless, with cash-to-card kiosks located under the east and west grandstands at no additional fee.

Hersheypark Stadium events take place rain or shine.

In the event of inclement weather, updates will be posted on the Hersheypark Stadium Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.

Concertgoers wishing to go to Hersheypark on the day of, the day before, or the day after the event can receive a discounted ticket to the park by presenting their event ticket at Ticketing Services.

Your certified, costumed guide will meet you inside the oldest building in Bethlehem, from the 1700s.  Witness death and destruction.  Then escape outdoors to hear the story of the Corpse House and more morbidity. End your tour at the oldest (and some say haunted) cemetery in the city

Easton’s Ghost Tours

This Halloween, things are getting Eerie in Easton!

Take a tour about murder, mischief, and misadventure in the Downtown Easton Historic District.

From a mobster’s murder to the witches of Hexenkopf Hill, Easton’s history is filled with dark tales of suspicious disappearances, strange coincidences (or are they?), and disastrous journeys.

This year’s tour features four new locations, as well as the return of six of their most popular stories.

Pocono’s Electrifying Jack O’ Lantern experience

This spooky season come out and experience the area’s coolest, most unique Halloween event. 

Created for kids of all ages, this walk-through Jack O’ Lantern experience is sure to become a family tradition. 

A family friendly walk through experience on the grounds of The West End fairgrounds, featuring thousands of hand-carved pumpkins displayed in a creative and artistic exhibit. 

There’s nothing “scary” about it.  Very family-friendly.

The average walk time to walk through is about 45 minutes, but you can take as long as you’d like – it’s ideal for the ‘gram, to stop and take pictures.

Warning: Tickets must be pre-purchased online. All tickets have a timed reservation entrance time, and no one will be admitted without a pre-purchased ticket. Children two and under are free.

The Hersheypark Scare Zones include:

 

  • Darkstone’s Hollow – Wander among Professor Darkstone’s showmen boasting his array of mythical creatures. Beyond the mesmerizing imagery, there’s more to the show than meets the eye.
  • Valley of Fear – Don’t find yourself alone in the murky mists along Spring Creek. The dreadful beings are watching and waiting deep within the shadows, and they know exactly when to strike.
  • Midway of Misery – Flames burst into the skies as guests are summoned through a sinister gateway into the darkest corner of Hersheypark…where no one can find you.

  • Haunted Coal Mine – For too long, unsettling cries of miners lost in these coal shafts have tormented the living. Take a daring trek through the abandoned mine, which suddenly becomes an explosive encounter.
  • The Descent – Who prowls the dark underground tunnels beneath Hersheypark? Follow her into the depths of decay where the only way out is down…
  • Creature Chaos – Join Professor Darkstone as he pits you against Pennsylvania’s most fearful and deadly creatures. Don’t worry, they’re in their cages…for now.
  • Twisted Darkness – Dare to have your tarot read by our twisted fortune teller and be forced into a never-ending carnival of nightmares. Was it real or was it all in your mind?

Two new Jolly Rancher-themed attractions, the Boardwalk water park, and ZooAmerica open for the summer season on Saturday, May 28.

Jolly Rancher Remix in Lehigh Valley’s Hersheypark

Hersheypark’s coaster skyscape gets more vibrant with the introduction of the reimagined coaster Jolly Rancher Remix. The colorful ride shows all of the Jolly Rancher flavors, such as blue, green, purple, red, and pink.

The ride speeds through six cycles in 90 seconds. The coaster includes a flavor tunnel and music. Each ride is slightly different giving guests a new, sweet experience every time.

Mix’d: Flavored by Jolly Rancher ride

Also new in 2022 is Mix’d: Flavored by Jolly Rancher ride, which is near both Jolly Rancher Remix and the Storm Runner roller coaster. The intense ride allows guests to sit in one of four arms and spin 360 degrees. The ride then lifts and drops guests while dodging other riders.

The Boardwalk at Hersheypark

The Boardwalk at Hersheypark will be opening on Saturday, May 28 through Sept. 5. The boardwalk is the perfect cool off on a hot day and is celebrating 15 years since its original debut back in 2007. The water park features 16 attractions, everything from from mild to wild.

ZooAmerica in Lehigh Valley’s Hersheypark

ZooAmerica, the North American Wildlife Park, is free to guests of Hersheypark. Over 11-acres of zooland with recently welcomed new arrivals, including a male American elk, a diamondback terrapin, and a western diamondback rattlesnake. ZooAmerica is included with a Hersheypark ticket only by accessing the zoo through the Hersheypark bridge during public operating hours.

These rides only be at Hersheypark and they will be opening for the public on Sat., May 28.

Hersheypark is now open for the summer season!

Guests visiting this summer will notice two new Jolly Rancher attraction experiences:

Jolly Rancher Remix and Mix’d Flavored By Jolly Rancher.

At the Mix’d Flavored ride, riders will sit in one of four arms and spin a full 360 degrees. The ride doesn’t go upside down, but it does shift into gear and mixes in lifts and drops while dodging other rides.

When you are at the top of the ride, you will get some incredible, never-before-seen views of The Boardwalk and other coasters at Hersheypark. The ride will be open for all four seasons, so it’s a great option for families visiting during seasonal events held at Hersheypark, as well.

The Jolly Rancher Remix is a reimagined boomerang coaster.

The lights flash a specific color and music plays that indicates the flavor ride that riders are about to take. The ride will then send riders forward and back on the same flavorful track complete with lights, music and scents. This ride does go upside down, and you actually invert six times in 90 seconds and blast through a new Jolly Rancher flavor tunnel. Each ride is different with five randomized flavor rides like Watermelon or Green Apple.

These rides only exist at Hersheypark and they will be opening for the public on Sat., May 28.

Hersheypark is also debuting new Jolly Rancher flavored treats, including a Jolly Rancher Watermelon Cocktail at The Chocolatier and a sundae with Jolly Rancher sorbet at Milton’s Ice Cream Parlor.

The water park also opens on May 28 for the summer and guests will also be able to snap a selfie with a Hershey Character and catch daily performances of Our Friends From The Sea at the Aquathreate.
